We are pet friendly. There is a fee of $50 / pet / month in addition to a $500 increase to your security deposit.
Residents are allowed two pets per household. 
There is no pet weight limit.
The following breeds are restricted: German Shepherd, American Pit Bull Terrier, Husky, Doberman, Mastiff, Great Dane, Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, Wolf Hybrids, Saint Bernard, Chow Chow, and Akita
No exotic animals allowed.
