The Reserve
I'm fairly new to The Reserve. Just a few months in. During the move in process I had a couple of maintenance requests. Darius... contacted me to schedule the repairs. He is the model of professionalism. Punctual, knowledgeable, thorough, detailed, polite, patient, I can go on. Darius kept me updated throughout the repair process and even took a repair video. This level of service is hard to come by these days. It gave me complete peace of mind. Us residents at The Reserve are lucky to have a maintenance tech like Darius. Great Experience
My family and I just recently moved in and we have had a great experience so far. The property manager Liz is really helpful... and kind. Whatever issues we’ve had she has handled them in a timely manner. Liz made sure to give us a very detailed walkthrough of the complex and explained how everything worked.
